YOUTH SOCCER & FUTSAL LEAGUES
BUILDING SKILLS, CONFIDENCE, AND TEAMWORK THROUGH THE WORLD’S MOST POPULAR SPORT!
Leagues provide kids with the opportunity to play in organized games, build confidence, and apply what they’ve learned in a team setting. While some instruction is included, the emphasis is on game experience, sportsmanship, and teamwork. Leagues are great for kids who want to compete, grow their confidence, and enjoy the camaraderie of a team.
KEY FOCUS: GAME PLAY, CONFIDENCE BUILDING, TEAMWORK, SPORTSMANSHIP

3-10 YEARS OLD
INDOOR SOCCER LEAGUE
The YMCA Indoor Soccer League introduces young players to the fundamentals of soccer in a fun, fast-paced environment designed for ages three to ten. The program focuses on ball control, footwork, teamwork, and sportsmanship, and children may register for an older division but not a younger one based on their age at the start of the season. Games take place on Saturday mornings or afternoons, beginning with a short warm-up practice, and players ages seven to ten will also attend one weekday practice on Wednesday or Thursday between five and eight thirty PM, with no sessions held during Spring Break from April six through April ten. Team assignments and schedules will be shared electronically through Playerspace after registration closes, ensuring families have all the details they need. Built on the YMCA’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility, this league helps kids grow physically, socially, and emotionally while developing soccer skills, friendship,s and confidence. Volunteer coaches are welcome and supported with training, and required YMCA jerseys may be reused across seasons and are available at the Welcome Center for twenty-two dollars.
