Cheer Team Coach
Warsaw Legacy Elite is seeking a dedicated and passionate Coach to join our team competitive All Star cheerleading program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cheerleading and has experience with beginner to intermediate skills. Looking for a well-organized individual that has a passion for working with children and the Allstar experience (if possible). The primary goal is to provide training and social skills to young athletes. Would attend competitions, some traveling involved. Has a great attitude, comes to work with a smile on your face.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead practices for competitive cheer teams
- Attend and coach at competitions
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and team staff
- Teach athletes basic tumbling skills
- Supervise activities to ensure safety and adherence to rules
- Assist athletes in developing confidence, respect, and self-discipline
Qualifications:
- Cheer experience required (Allstar preferred)
- Stunting Skill knowledge required or willing to learn the techniques to provide safe progressions
- Strong communication and interpersonal & leadership skills
- Ability to manage and motivate athletes of various ages and skill levels
- Able to pass a USASF background check
- Positive and supportive coaching style
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

2024 Summer Camp Counselor
Summer day camp at the YMCA is a great time for kids to learn new skills, make new friends, gain confidence and HAVE FUN! We are currently seeking counselors and lead counselors for preschool camp and Camp Little Eagle (elementary school age). Hours vary based on availability, but camps run Monday – Friday, 6am – 6pm. Camps coincide with Warsaw Community Schools summer break schedule.

Gymnastics Instructor
Do you have a passion for gymnastics and want to teach the next generation of gymnasts?! If so, join our team! Our Gymnastics classes range from teaching beginning skills for three year olds to getting gymnasts ready to join a team. Classes take place weekday mornings and evenings. Hours vary based on availability.

Child Watch Monitor
The Child Watch Monitor creates an exciting, safe environment for children while their parents work out. They possess a warm and supportive attitude toward children and are eager to help them thrive. They will assure parents that their children are well cared for in a secure environment and provide a quality experience for children that focuses on the YMCA core values: caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.
Hours vary but consist of weekdays from 4pm to 8pm and Saturday from 8:30am to 12pm.

Fitness Center Monitor
This person delivers excellent service and responds to member and guest needs by providing basic equipment instruction and building relationships. They maintain a clean and inviting environment for everyone in the Fitness Center. Current openings are weekdays 5pm – 9pm, and weekends. Hours vary based on your availability but do not exceed 29 hours per week.

Personal Trainer
The Personal Trainer will provide fitness programming specific to the goals and ability level of the health-seeker. Through education, motivation, and leadership, the personal trainer will assist members in establishing and reaching their overall fitness/wellness goals in one-on-one, two-on-one and possibly small group training sessions. The Personal Trainer will contribute to the overall success of the YMCA by embodying the mission, vision, and core values of the YMCA. Hours vary based on client and trainer schedules.
Requirement: Certified by a nationally recognized organization such as ACE, NETA, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, or YMCA Strength and Conditioning (with 1 year of YMCA personal training experience) .

North Webster Member Services/Fitness Associate
At the North Webster YMCA we value our members and we’re looking for more Member Services/Fitness Associates to make the member experience even better. This person delivers excellent service and responds to member and guest needs, promotes memberships and programs, and maintains a clean and inviting environment. Current shift openings are weekdays 9am-1pm. All Member Services Associates rotate working Saturdays as well. Hours vary but do not exceed 29 hours per week.

Custodian
This reliable, detail-oriented individual will ensure the facility is clean and free of safety hazards. Our current openings are evenings and weekends. Hours vary between 10 – 25 hours/week based on your availability. Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas, including such duties as mopping, dusting, and trash removal. May complete duties related to window washing, meeting set up, snow removal, grounds keeping, and other related responsibilities.

Lifeguard
This friendly, confident individual maintains safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. They create a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement. and effectively communicate information on aquatics and other YMCA opportunities to members and program participants. American Red Cross Lifeguard certification required, but the Y does offer certification opportunities for qualified candidates. We are specifically looking for early morning lifeguards (weekdays, approximately 5am – 7:30am).

Swim Instructor
Do you love swimming and want to nurture the next generation of swimmers? Join our team! This friendly, confident individual provides direct leadership, instruction and motivation for students in swimming classes and must enjoy interacting with children. Hours vary based on availability. We will provide training to qualified candidates so no previous certification is required.
