Member Services Associate
At the YMCA we value our members and we’re looking for more Member Services Associates at the Welcome Desk to make the member experience even better. This person delivers excellent customer service and responds to member and guest needs, promotes memberships and programs, and maintains an inviting environment.
Current shift openings are weekdays 4pm-8pm and two weekend shifts per month.

Adult Soccer Referee
We are seeking individuals that have knowledge and passion for the game of soccer to officiate games in our adult recreational league. Officials shall enforce the rules, and exercise authority in an impartial, firm and controlled manner.
Hours vary but games are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

Enhance®Fitness Instructors for Milford, Mentone & Pierceton
Now Hiring: Enhance®Fitness Instructors for Milford, Mentone & Pierceton!
No experience? We’ll provide Enhance®Fitness training for you!
The YMCA is launching an exciting community wellness initiative funded by Health First Kosciusko and the K21 Health Foundation, and we are looking for enthusiastic, compassionate individuals to join our team as Enhance®Fitness Instructors in Milford, Mentone, and Pierceton!
If you love encouraging others, enjoy movement, and want to make a positive impact in your community, this is your opportunity!
Experience is a plus, but not required.
We provide full training in the evidence-based Enhance®Fitness program, plus job shadowing and mentoring from experienced staff.
All certification and onboarding costs are covered by the YMCA.
We are aiming to onboard instructors by February, with training and certification to take place in March.
Current Schedule (subject to change based on instructor and community needs):
- Pierceton: Mondays & Wednesdays at 10:00 AM
- Mentone: Mondays & Wednesdays at 1:00 PM
- Milford: Mondays & Wednesdays at 3:45 PM

Gymnastics Instructor
Do you have a passion for gymnastics and want to teach the next generation of gymnasts?! If so, join our team! Our Gymnastics classes range from teaching beginning skills for three year olds to getting gymnasts ready to join a team. Classes take place weekday mornings and evenings. Hours vary based on availability.

Custodian
This reliable, detail-oriented individual will ensure the facility is clean and free of safety hazards. Main duties are cleaning and sanitizing assigned areas, including such duties as mopping, dusting, and trash removal. May complete duties related to restroom cleaning, window washing, meeting set up, snow removal, grounds keeping, and other related responsibilities. Current openings are weekends approximately 4 hours each day.

Lifeguard
This friendly, confident individual maintains safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. They create a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement. and effectively communicate information on aquatics and other YMCA opportunities to members and program participants. American Red Cross Lifeguard certification required, but the Y occasionally offers certification opportunities for qualified candidates. We are specifically looking for weekday 5:30am – 7:30am (or 9:30am) and Saturdays 7:30am -12pm or 12pm – 3:30pm.
