Get your Group Ex fix during our breaks with special programming. Enjoy a sampling of our best Group Ex classes in a 30 to 45-minute format. Everyone walks away with a bottle of water, a protein bar, and a good workout. A PDF file will be posted during each session break so you can preview which classes are being offered. Classes are on a first-come, first-serve basis.
