This program is specifically for individuals with Parkinson's disease.
WHAT IS ROCK STEADY BOXING?
Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact fitness program designed to help individuals with Parkinson’s improve mobility, strength, and balance. Inspired by boxing, this safe and supportive workout slows symptom progression while enhancing coordination and confidence.
No boxing experience? No problem! Our trained instructors will guide you through exercises like:
🥊 Punching drills (using mitts, heavy bags, and speed bags)
💪 Strength and endurance training
🏋️♂️ Circuit weight exercises
🦵 Balance and flexibility movements
More than just a workout, Rock Steady Boxing is a community—empowering participants to live stronger, healthier lives.

YOU CAN REGISTER ONLINE WITH THE LINKS BELOW OR IN PERSON AT ANY KOSCIUSKO COMMUNITY YMCA BRANCH. ONCE REGISTERED, YOU MUST ATTEND AN ASSESSMENT CLASS BEFORE JOINING WORKOUTS. ASSESSMENTS ARE ON MONDAY AT 12:30 AT THE PARKVIEW WARSAW YMCA AND ON MONDAYS AT 5:00 PM AT THE NORTH WEBSTER YMCA.
