Individual and Partner Training sessions are for athletes who are ready to take their skills to the next level. Designed for older youth who have aged out of group programs, these sessions offer focused, high-level coaching in basketball, soccer, and volleyball to help athletes specialize in their sport and achieve significant improvement.

INDIVIDUAL SPORTS TRAINING
AVAILABLE FOR BASKETBALL, SOCCER, AND VOLLEYBALL
Give your athlete the focused attention they need to grow with personalized 1-on-1 training in basketball, soccer, or volleyball. Led by our experienced youth sports instructors, each session is completely customized to the athlete’s goals and skill level. Training may include basketball skills such as shooting, ball handling, and defensive positioning; soccer development, such as dribbling, passing, agility, and field awareness; or volleyball techniques, including bumping, setting, spiking, movement, and decision-making. Families can choose 4, 8, or 12 individualized sessions and coordinate directly with an instructor to create a training schedule that works best for them.
PARTNER SPORTS TRAINING
AVAILABLE FOR BASKETBALL, SOCCER, AND VOLLEYBALL
Train together and grow together with personalized partner sports training designed for two athletes. Led by our experienced sports performance coaches, each session is tailored to both athletes’ goals while building teamwork, skill development, and confidence. Training may include basketball fundamentals such as ball control, shooting, passing, agility, and decision making; soccer skills like dribbling, first touch, footwork, shooting, and field awareness; or volleyball techniques involving bumping, setting, spiking, movement, and communication. Families can choose 4, 8, or 12 partner training sessions and work directly with the coach to set a schedule that fits their availability.
