YOUTH SUMMER LIFT
Looking to build strength, boost performance, and learn the right way to train? Join Grace College and the YMCA for Youth Summer Lift, an 8-week strength and conditioning program designed for youth ages 12 through 17 who are interested in learning the foundational components of weightlifting and athletic training in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. This program will take place at Grace College’s Center for Movement and Wellbeing. Led by coaches, participants will learn proper lifting techniques and safety protocols, develop strength, power, and endurance, improve speed, agility, and overall athletic performance, and gain confidence and knowledge to support lifelong fitness habits. This program is perfect for athletes looking to enhance their performance or beginners who are eager to start lifting with guidence and purpose.
