STRONG FOUNDATIONS
New to fitness or wanting to gain more knowledge and confidence in the gym? Look no further, “Strong Foundations” is the class for you. A 6-week small group program led by one of our certified personal trainers. This program will help you master the basics of strength and movement in a safe, supportive environment. Perfect for beginners to intermediate fitness level adults. This program focuses on proper form, joint-friendly exercises, and gradual progress. Each class includes full body strength training with body weight, resistance bands, strength machines, and free weights. Core stability and balance, mobility work, and overall guidance from certified personal trainers in a small group environment. Whether you’re new to exercise or rebuilding after a break, this program will help you move better, feel better, and gain confidence in your workouts and your every day life!

Led by one of our certified Personal Trainers this high energy, boot-camp style program is designed to boost your strength, cardiovascular endurance, and overall health/wellbeing. Using a mix of body weight, resistance bands, and free weights in a interval style training technique this workout will keep you moving! Whether you are new to fitness or looking to level up your routine, Power 30 meets you where you are, with modifications for all fitness levels and a focus on form, intensity, and fun!
