LIFT. TRAIN. PERFORM.
Build Strength, Boost Confidence, and Train Like an Athlete This Summer

Teens ages 12–16 are looking for something fun to do this summer, and parents want to encourage healthy habits. That’s why the YMCA, in collaboration with the Center for Movement & Wellbeing at Grace College, created Youth Summer Lift—an 8-week strength and conditioning program designed to help kids build strength, boost confidence, and learn to train safely and effectively with the guidance of experienced coaches. This program, open to both YMCA members and the community, offers a supportive environment for your teen to become stronger, faster, and more confident.
