YOUTH LIFT
Teens ages 12–16 are looking for something fun and active to do, and parents want to encourage healthy habits. That’s why the YMCA, in collaboration with the Center for Movement & Wellbeing at Grace College, created Youth Lift—an 8-week strength and conditioning program designed to help kids build strength, boost confidence, and learn to train safely and effectively with the guidance of experienced coaches. YOUTH SPEED
Youth Speed is designed to help teens improve their speed, agility, and overall athletic performance in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. Whether new to speed training or looking to refine existing skills, participants will benefit from expert instruction and focused coaching to help them grow physically and mentally.
This performance-driven program emphasizes sprint mechanics, acceleration, agility, and reaction training while building coordination, mobility, and confidence. Each session combines skill development with dynamic movement drills and strength-based exercises to enhance explosive power and athletic readiness.
Led by a collaborative team from the Grace College Center for Movement & Wellbeing and YMCA youth fitness instructors, this camp provides high-quality, personalized training in a motivating, college-level fitness setting—helping young athletes take their performance to the next level.

YOUTH CONDITIONING
Youth Spring Conditioning Camp helps teens build a strong foundation in overall fitness through high-energy, structured workouts. Whether participants are preparing for a sport or simply want to improve their physical health, this program focuses on developing strength, endurance, and athletic movement in a supportive group environment.
Each session emphasizes total-body fitness through functional strength training, cardiovascular endurance, and mobility-focused exercises. Participants will improve overall fitness, build balance and coordination, and develop confidence and resilience through guided, age-appropriate workouts.
Led by a collaborative team from the Grace College Center for Movement & Wellbeing and YMCA youth fitness instructors, this camp provides expert, motivational instruction in a college-level fitness setting—helping young athletes and active teens reach their full potential.
