YOUTH SPRING STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CAMP
Youth Spring Strength & Conditioning Camp helps teens build a strong foundation in overall fitness through structured, high-energy workouts designed to improve strength, endurance, and athletic movement. Whether participants are preparing for a sport or simply want to feel stronger and healthier, this camp delivers a motivating group training experience that builds confidence and resilience.
This conditioning-focused program emphasizes total body fitness fundamentals, including functional strength, cardiovascular endurance, core stability, mobility, and injury prevention. Participants will train through guided, age-appropriate workouts that improve balance, coordination, and overall athletic performance while learning how to move safely and effectively.
Camp sessions are led by a collaborative team from the Grace College Center for Movement & Wellbeing and YMCA youth fitness instructors. Athletes will experience both a college-level training environment and a traditional YMCA gym setting, creating a dynamic and engaging fitness experience throughout the week.
