STRONG IS BACK! Five weeks, 30 minutes a day, five days a week. Throughout the five weeks, you will receive three weekly challenge messages: Mondays for motivation, Wednesdays for encouragement, and Fridays for celebration. When you join this challenge you will receive a tracking calendar, a STRONG calendar of events, and access to our virtual group exercise classes taught live by our YMCA instructors or you can attend the classes in person either through your membership or with a free guest pass. During the challenge, each registered participant is allotted one FREE guest pass per week. This guest pass can be used for yourself if you are not a current Y member, or for a friend, if you are already a member. Take the Challenge, have some fun, and discover what it means to be STRONG!
WHEN DOES STRONG 2.0 START?
Strong 2.0 starts on October 18th and ends on November 19th.
ABOUT THE CHALLENGE
Strong 2.0 is a challenge to be active for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, and the YMCA is here to help you accomplish that goal!
HOW DOES THE YMCA HELP YOU ACCOMPLISH THE CHALLENGE?
- During the 5 week challenge, you will receive 1 free guest pass a week. Enjoy free group fitness classes, state of the art cardio and workout equipment, 2 gymnasiums, a warm water pool, a lap pool, and so much more! GUEST PASSES CAN BE REDEEMED AT THE PARKVIEW WARSAW YMCA WELCOME CENTER.
- You will receive 3 text messages a week with motivational messages, fitness challenges, workouts, and more.
- You will have access to all of the YMCA’s on-demand fitness classes (see the on-demand fitness classes tab)
- You will have access to live online fitness classes. (see the calendar tab)

- EVENT AND TRACKING CALENDAR | This calendar covers all 5 weeks of the challenge. It shows all special events, times for live online classes, and when we will be posting new workout videos. There are also spaces to keep track of the days you complete your 30 minutes of activity and to take notes about your workout.
- WEEKLY CALENDAR | Don’t know what you want to do for your 30 minutes a day? This calendar is the one for you! This weekly calendar has suggestions for each day’s activity and also shows all special events, times for live online classes, and when we will be posting new workout videos. Check back each week for the following week’s calendar!
