This class concentrates on learning basic skills on all events. Basic dance skills, as well as strength and flexibility, are introduced.

This class is for the gymnast who can correctly execute skills taught in Level 1.

This class is for the gymnast who can correctly execute skills taught in Level 1A. More challenging skills will be learned on all events and there will be an increased emphasis on dance skills, flexibility, and strength.

This class is for the gymnast who can correctly execute skills taught in Level 2.

Skills and combinations learned in this class are equivalent to those used at the pre-team/team level. This level will help gymnasts prepare for pre-team or team.
