WHAT CAN I EAT?
SUPPORTING THOSE WITH TYPE-2 DIABETES


The Kosciusko Community YMCA is pleased to announce the return of What Can I Eat. This nutrition-based support program is designed by the American Diabetes Association and will work to help those in our community living with type 2 diabetes eat their way to better diabetes control.
Throughout the 6-week program participants will receive a free resource box and grocery gift cards that can be used to prepare delicious meals and education on proper meal planning and budgeting. Each participant will also receive hands-on training to manage blood glucose better and will work with interactive content to learn to prepare meals.

TIME | WE ARE OFFERING TWO CLASSES. AN AFTERNOON CLASS AT 12:15 PM AND AN EVENING CLASS AT 5:30 PM
The What Can I Eat program is free for anyone in the community who is living with type 2 diabetes and has internet access.
