This class helps women learn how to use free weights, Cybex machines, feel comfortable in the YMCA’s free weight room, and have fun. This class is for the beginner to intermediate level of weight lifter. What to bring to class: water bottle and towel. Weight lifting gloves optional.

Young Again & Weights
This class helps “Young Again” participants (55 and older) learn how to use free weights and Cybex machines, feel comfortable in our fitness rooms, and have fun.
