YMCA Indoor Group Cycling

Indoor Group Cycling
Indoor Group Cycling can accommodate the beginning to advanced exercising individual. Your instructors will lead you through a 45-60 minute workout with great music. All classes are held in the Indoor Group Cycling Room.
What to bring to class: water bottle and towel and a heart rate monitor is optional. All bikes have the option of using cross training shoes, LOOK, or SPD style cycling shoes.

Outdoor Group Cycling
Come ride as a group outside in the spring, summer and early fall. We will lead road and mountain bike rides. Morning and evening rides with a guide. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced rides will be scheduled.

Core & Cycling
The Core & Cylcing class is for both men and women, beginning to intermediate cyclists who will work their core using mats, bands, chairs and basic stretching.  The core workout will be followed by 30 minutes of cycling. 

Senior Cycling
The Senior Cycling class will be a slow to medium pace cycling class to slightly raise the heart rate. 

Swim/Bike Brick Workout
The Swim/Bike Brick workout can accommodate the beginning to advanced exercising individual.  The class will begin with a swim in the YMCA Main Pool - This is Optional.  Your Cycling instructor will then lead you through a 30-90 minute work out with great music. 

The Endurance Ride
Cyclists do you need a longer ride to keep up your endurance?  Serving the novice or expert cyclist.

Mind/Body/Spirit Diversity Class
The aerobic, fitness, yoga/pilates, and group cycling departments are offering a rotation of the currently offered exercise programs. Pick up a schedule from our Welcome Center.
