Movers and Groovers/Water Aerobics
This class is a more vigorous version of Aquadynamics. Both are fun!
Shallow Water Aerobics
Done in shallow water, great for a low impact workout.
Deep Water Aerobics
Flotation belts are provided for this aerobic and muscle-toning water class.
