One Million Step Challenge- According to a study published by the American College of Sport Medicine, we should all accumulate about 12,000 steps per day to maintain a healthy level of physical activity. In this challenge, you'll log your steps for 83 days; those who reach the goal of one million steps will receive a YMCA tie-string bag.
