Compete in your very own Ironman by completing 2.4 miles of swimming, 112 miles of biking and 26.2 miles of running. Finishers receive a Y t-shirt (Ages 18+. Minors can compete in the kids 1/3 triathlon, 1.05 miles of swimming, 56 miles of biking, and 13.1 miles of running)
Wow, at my age I thought I should know already what to avoid eating, but I learned SO many beneficial tips from the Diabetes Prevention Class. And I'm so happy to say that today, a year later, I'm no longer in the "pre-diabetic" category, and know how to "stay out of it"!!!
