Registration: Required

Learn how to save a life while developing the skills needed to become a certified lifeguard. Lifeguarding is a prestigious responsibility that equips you with the tools needed to save a life today and the life lessons to last a lifetime. Participants must be 15 years old, able to swim 300 yards, and able to retrieve a 10lb brick from 10 feet of water to participate.

Next Lifeguard Class
Friday, April 27 & May 4, 5:00-9:00p.m.
Saturday, April 28 & May 5, 9:00a.m.-1:00p.m.
Sunday, April 29 & May 6, 1:30-5:00p.m.

*All times must be attended

Cost is $250 for Members and $300 for Program Members.

Wow, at my age I thought I should know already what to avoid eating, but I learned SO many beneficial tips from the Diabetes Prevention Class. And I'm so happy to say that today, a year later, I'm no longer in the "pre-diabetic" category, and know how to "stay out of it"!!!
