Babysitting and Youth Center Do you like working with young children? Are you nurturing, kind and patient? We are hiring Babysitting and Youth Center Monitors for weekday mornings and/or evenings and Saturday mornings. Hours vary based on number of days worked each week, but would not exceed 25 hours per week.
Custodian This reliable, detail-oriented individual will ensure the facility is clean and free of safety hazards from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. weekdays. Occasional weekends. Approximately 20 hours/week. Other shifts are also available including early morning and evenings. Hours vary between 10 – 20 hours/week. Cleans and sanitizes assigned areas, including such duties as mopping, dusting, and trash removal. May complete duties related to window washing, meeting set up, snow removal, groundskeeping, and other related responsibilities.
Kosciusko Community YMCA is hiring Kids' Club Site Directors and Caregivers for the 2014-15 school year at Harrison, Jefferson, Lincoln, Leesburg, Madison, Washington and Eisenhower schools and at South Whitley Elementary. Hours are 6am until school starts and/or after school until 6pm.
Lifeguard Maintains safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas. Creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures. Effectively communicate information on aquatics and other YMCA opportunities to members and program participants.
Member Services Delivers excellent service to all members, guests, and program participants. Responds to member and guest needs, promotes memberships and programs, and maintains cleanliness and organization of the lobby area. Hours are flexible but will not exceed 20 hrs/week.
Swim Instructor Provides direct leadership, instruction and motivation for students in swimming classes.

We are hiring a full-time Building Supervisor Coordinator. This friendly, observant person needs to be an authority figure who isn't intimidated when facing confrontation, but does it in a compassionate, respectful, and creative manner. They will work approximately 5-10pm weekdays, some weekends, some early mornings. The BSC will also be responsible for conducting all in-house CPR and First Aid trainings so will need to become certified as a trainer. Starting pay $23,000 - $25,000 with benefits.
